Comfy, just (9/2020) renovated two-bedroom well-lit flat in a block of flats, each room with a window facing south, into a inner-block garden; east-located room has a door to the foregarden (it is possible to agree upon visual/functional fencing-off the foregarden from the remaining garden space for an extra. Windows and the foregarden door barred, entry door to flat a security one. From the hall there is access to the bedrooms, kitchen and the WC/shower. In the kitchen there is a combined heating/hot water gas boiler. The shower/WC is heated by a ladder radiator connected to the boiler. Presume the tennant shall equip the kitchen to his/her liking; currently there is just a cupboard with a sink and tap. Besides the rent the tennant pays an ante of 500 Kč/person/month for services -i.e. upkeep and lighting of corridors, water and sewage. The electric contract shall be transferred to the tennant, heating gas is paid as an ante of 800,- Kč/month, due to the fact that the boiler heats (no hotwater) another unit, consumption is apportioned according to the floor area.The antes are set to cover the costs without excess over-or underpayment. I am interested in long-time tennant, permanent address (seat) possible.

Location: tram station 5 min walk, metro station 7 minute walk, food, grocery, butcher's, drugstore, consumers' goods shops; nearby a school and sports/recreationsl compound - Gutovka, etc. Parking in front of the house, before arrival/after leaving of employees of nearby companies reasonable, no blue zone.
