I’m offering a very nice studio apartment in Prague city center ( Bulharska Str ) , in about 15 minutes walk to National Museum, I P Pavlova and Namesti Miru metro stations. Apartment is in the ground floor of historical building and has it’s own entrance in to the back yard which gives an opportunity to have BBQ or a morning coffee on the fresh air. SPA bath, bar, kitchen corner – everything is ready for a nice stay of 1 person. Because it’s located in to the inside yard of the building, it is very quite and safe.

There is a washing machine and internet WIFI connection in the price.

Next to the building there is a bus stop ( bus runs every 7 minutes 7 days a week ) and it takes you directly in to the downtown center in 6 minutes. 200 miters there is a tram stop and tram runs 24 hors a day. Big shopping mall ( 24 hours ) , small grocery shops, local restaurants and pubs are in the area.

The price is 10 500 CZK ( 438 Euro / month ) including all utilities and taxes. Contract and registration is possible. At the moment I have tenant there but it will be available from April. If you would like to stay for short time the price per night for 1 - 2 people is 30 Euro / night but minimum stay is 7 nights.
