The windows in the larger room with the kitchen corner look to the street and to the East. The smaller room looks to the West and to the courtyard with trees. The flat has a safety door, high ceilings, kitchen furniture from IKEA (in-built oven and dishwasher), bar table and chairs, heating on gas (3 years old “waw“ heaters), bathtub and an electric boiler in the bathroom, separate toilet, small storage room.
