Nabízím k pronájmu malý slunný byt na Vinohradech, v ulici Slezská, mezi stanicemi metra Flora a Jiřího z Poděbrad. Byt je na 3. patře a je orientován na jih a do klidného vnitrobloku.

Byt je vhodný spíše pro jednu osobu, v případě páru se nájemné zvyšuje o 700 Kč z důvodu vyšších poplatků za vodu/odpad aj., tedy dohromady je pak nájemné 13 000 Kč + elektřina a internet. Kauce 2 měsíce.

I offer for rent small sunny apartment located at Vinohrady, Slezka street, between metro stations Flora and Jiriho z Podebrad. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is oriented to the quiet courtyard and to the south.

The apartment is approx. 20m² and consists of a living room with a kitchen corner, a mezzanine, a small storage room/wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and WC. It is furnished with double-mattress, kitchen table with chairs, small desk, an armchair and a bookshelf. The kitchen is equipped with an oven with hotplates, a range hood, and several kitchen cupboards. There is a spacious cave available.

The total rent is 11.500 CZK plus 800 CZK fees (water, waste…). The electricity costs (also to heat) are paid separately by the tenant. The flat is suitable rather for a single person. In case of a couple, the rent is increased by +700 CZK due to higher charges for water/waste, i.e. in total 13.000 CZK and electricity paid separately. Deposit 2 months.
