The apartment has a floor heating everywhere, which you'll appreciate especially in the bathroom. The east-facing small terrace is overlooking a semi busy street, which gets really quiet during weekends, so you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The terrace comes with a small table and two chairs. If you’re a gardening enthusiast, you will enjoy the lavender and other plants that have been planted on the terrace; if you’re not so keen, the rain will take care of the plants for most of the year. Vertical blinds will provide you with the much-needed feeling of comfort and safety, protecting your home from any unwanted light or gazes. The building has an on-site small supermarket (Žabka) and a fancier restaurant; if you need to do a bigger grocery shopping, there is an Albert supermarket right at the Kobylisy metro/tram station. This is an ideal apartment for one person; if two people wish to live here, additional amount has to be charged, depending on the utilities (electricity, water) actually consumed.
