We are renting out cozy and beautiful, fully furnished duplex apartment in Brno, Komín. The apartment has a 3+1 disposition, 55 m2 floor area and is located on a second floor. The orientation is to east, so there is an energetic sunshine each morning. One and a half year ago we did a complete reconstruction of the bathroom, floors and closet.

In the entry hallway is sliding doors to the newly reconstructed bathroom, which includes the toilet and spacious shower. Continuing the hallway is kitchen with a dinning space. There is electric oven and a new dishwasher. From the kitchen is an entrance to the living room, which had a fold-out couch, writing desk and modern and spacious closet. Also, you can hang a swing to relax after a busy day. Under the stairs is a technical space with washing machine (not included) and other cleansers. On the second floor is a smaller bedroom on the right hand side (kids room) and a bigger one on the left hand side. Both bedrooms are intended in particular for sleep.

The apartment is available since 1.2. or after the agreement. We are looking for non-smokers and ideally young working couple or a family. We are requesting a deposit of 36 000 Kč.
