Hello, we are looking for new tenants into our recently refurbished, private apartment in a non-smoking family house with its own entrance.

It has two rooms - a smaller bedroom with a window into a garden and a living room towards the street plus a kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is partly furnished - there is a bed with matrasse, built-in wardrobes, kitchen table with chairs, fridge with freezer. In the kitchen you can find an oven combined with microwave, electric stove, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, cups and glasses.

The apartment is located in Řečkovice, close to the end stop of tram line.

There are all the amenities (grocery store, pharmacy, public transport, ATM, fast food, restaurants, pubs.....) in a walking distance. There is Wi-fi in the apartment but no TV. Free parking in front of the house.

An ideal tenant is a friendly non-smoker, single profesional or a couple. Viewings welcome after an agreement with current tenants, as we respect their privacy. We are interested in a long-term rent and prefer English speakers. No smoking, no pets please.

Rent is 14K + 2.5 K as a deposit towards utilities (internet, water, gas, electricity). There are separate meters for these, what you use is what you pay, 2.5 K is an estimate, we have not been renting the apartment yet so we don't know if its not too much.

Apartment is free from the 10th of April.
