The plastering of plaster, replacement of the original partitions with plasterboard, and new main lighting in the rooms were also carried out. TV + SAT signal and Internet CAT5 are distributed to 3 places. The kitchen has a Hanák kitchen in decent condition, Miele dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Electrolux microwave, Liebherr refrigerator. In one of the rooms there is a built-in floor, all doors and windows have been replaced in a very high quality design (solid wood). The apartment is on the 1st floor. The house itself, in which the apartment is located, has also undergone reconstruction, the community of owners is functional and maintains a very low contribution to repairs and maintenance.
