Flat is fully equipped (stove, oven, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, flat-iron, microwave-oven, kettle, and all other usual stuff like dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses....)

We share fast internet (30mbps download/ 30 mbps upload!) both WiFi or wire.

The flat is 3+1 (3 bed rooms, 1 kitchen) on 3rd floor. All rooms are accessible from hall way (no room is going through room). In flat are living me (1 Czech) and 1 Slovak guy. We are 26 years old. We are no smokers. Our previous flat mates are moving out only because they are moving to New Zealand.

The flat is on quiet street Spanielova 1311/56. Tram stop “Blatiny” is within 300m. Tram is going every 4 minutes during the day and every half our after midnight. Unfortunately there is large reconstruction of rails till September so there is necessary to switch for bus now. Time to station “Andel” is 20 minutes. Time to station “Dejvicka” is 25 minutes. Time to station “Vaclavske namesti” is 35 minutes.

In 10 minutes walking distance are 2 gyms, bowling, pubs, restaurants, super markets (Tesco, Albert, Billa and others), pizza delivery, banks, ATM, pharmacy, dentist and much more.

Room is available from July 11. We are looking for 1 or 2 persons (price for 2 persons would be: 6900 CZK total [4450 rent + 2450 utilities] per month). To move in you will have to pay deposit (one month rent) and current month rent. We prefer no smoker, cool flat mate(s) around 26 years old (like +/- 5 years). We don’t mind whether it’s man, woman or couple.
