Zahrada nesměřuje do ulice. Za plotem je uzavřený dvůr sousedního areálu, který je mimo pracovní dobu zamčený, takže večer a o víkendu je tu klid. Kousek od domu je park Židovské pece, Albert a autobusová zastávka. Zhruba 200 m od domu se staví nová tramvajová trať, provoz má začít koncem srpna 2027.
