Only 3 beautiful chalets are now available for sale (either individually or as a package) right on the Baltic Sea, just a few meters away from the water in the nature reserve of the Western Pomeranian Bodden Landscape. The chalets are located on the edge of a campsite in a very quiet setting, even during the season. Outside of the season, it is wonderfully peaceful – every day you can see deer, hares, ducks, swans, and of course cranes.

The chalets stand on leased land and can be either occupied by the owner or rented out. The rental yield is very good, and a local provider manages the rentals for you, so you don’t have to worry about any extra work. All the chalets are in superb, well-maintained, and clean condition, and they are fully equipped – see the pictures for details.

For further information or any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time. The stated sale price applies to each individual chalet.

ATTENTION: SUMMER PROMOTION – THE LEASE WILL BE TAKEN OVER FOR 3 YEARS IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2026.

Beautifully situated at the edge of a campsite, the chalets are located not far from the water in a nature reserve within the Western Pomeranian Bodden Landscape. The chalets are all fully equipped, completely furnished, with a television and all necessary kitchen utensils; they also include 4 chairs and a table for the terrace.
