Partially furnished apartment 4+1, 75 m2 with a balcony 6,5 m2, situated on the 5th floor of a seven-storey panel house in a popular and quiet area of Prague 9 Liben / Vysočany-Podvinný Mlýn. Handicap access to the house is available. There are only 2 residential units (apartments) on each floor of the building which makes it a very calm environment.

Two rooms (typically used as bedrooms) with entrances from the main hall, one master bedroom with entrance from the living room-see attached apartment floor plan. The master bedroom and living room are fully furnished, the remaining two rooms are partially furnished. Kitchen is fully furnished with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave. There is no gas in the house – everything is electric. Bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. Toilet is in a separate bathroom so that one person can bathe while another uses the toilet. Floating floors and tiles. Hot water and central (district) heating within the panel house. In the basement there is a lockable storage space cca 2,5 m2 also there is a common storage room for bicycles and baby carriages.

Very good civic amenities - shopping centers, clinics, restaurants, schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, etc., about 7 minutes walk to the metro Ceskomoravská (B). Parking for tenants on the street is possible with blue zone registration (Prague 9).

The service fees are paid separately (7.300 CZK per month for 4 people). Electricity is also paid separately (1.300 CZK per month). Internet is transferred to the tenant. We prefer long-term renters, preferably a family without pets. We exclude shared tenancy of several persons-tenants. We recommend retrofitting the rooms with your own furniture and accessories according to tenant's needs.
