The location of the apartment is very attractive with a walking distance to Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station, Lipanská tram stop or Olšanské náměstí. In the neighborhood you will find restaurants, cafes, grocery stores or regular farmer markets. Orientation of the apartment is east and west. Parking is possible on the street in the blue residential zone. No pets please.
