The building was fully renovated in 2010, and there is a grocery store on the ground floor.
The entire apartment was renovated in November 2018. All furnishings and appliances are in excellent condition, including a Wi-Fi washer-dryer, a 140 cm Android TV, and a 180 cm Materasso bed. The kitchen is equipped with a large American-style fridge-freezer with an ice maker. The bedroom offers both a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a large built-in closet.

The location of the apartment is very attractive with a walking distance to Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station, Lipanská tram stop or Olšanské náměstí. In the neighborhood you will find restaurants, cafes, grocery stores or regular farmer markets. Orientation of the apartment is east and west. Parking is possible on the street in the blue residential zone. No pets please.
