Nestled in the heart of a distinguished Prague neighborhood, an old, yet immaculately maintained villa plays host to an extraordinary apartment, recently renovated to perfection. Awash in fresh furnishings and top-of-the-line appliances, this two-room haven radiates refinement and sophistication.

Upon entering the living room, your eyes will be drawn to a large, inviting sofa bed that effortlessly doubles as sleeping quarters for two. Above it, a generously sized television, accompanied by a hi-fi audio system, and an assortment of recreational amenities including board games, a PlayStation, candles, and a portable speaker are poised to provide endless entertainment for you and your companions.

Adjoining the living room is a well-equipped kitchen, replete with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, large two-door refrigerator, and dishwasher, ensuring your every culinary need is met. Additionally, a plentiful supply of various coffees and teas, as well as snacks to complement them, will be at your disposal, and a delicious cooked breakfast will be provided throughout your stay.

The bedroom boasts a majestic queen-size bed and ample wardrobe space, offering the perfect respite from the day’s adventures. With floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, the outdoors are never far from reach, and the blinds can be easily controlled via remote for your ultimate convenience.

We welcome our guests to make themselves at home and enjoy all the amenities that our apartment and the beautiful villa courtyard have to offer. From the fully equipped kitchen to the outdoor barbecue, sun loungers, and gazebo, everything is at your disposal for a truly memorable stay. However, as a courteous gesture to our neighbors, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to host any events in the courtyard, so that we can give them notice and make sure everyone can enjoy their time peacefully. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and look forward to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
