IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

1. Lease Term:

This property is offered under a fixed-term lease for the agreed booking period. The tenant has no right to extend the stay beyond the agreed term without the host’s written consent. Any attempt to remain in the property after the lease ends will be treated as unlawful occupancy and reported to the authorities.

2. Early Termination:

The host reserves the absolute right to terminate the lease immediately in cases of:

- Non-payment of rent or utilities

- Deliberate damage to property

- Violation of house rules or legal obligations

- The host needs a place to live for himself

In such cases, the tenant must vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be provided.

3. Tenant Liability:

Normal wear and tear is acceptable, but any accidental or intentional damage, extraordinary mess, or missing items will be charged to the tenant. Since no security deposit is collected, the host will claim full compensation through legal channels.

4. Inspection Rights:

The host has the right to inspect the property regularly during the lease term. Inspections will be conducted with prior notice and at a time communicated to the tenant. Emergency access without notice is allowed in certain situations (e.g., fire, water leak, or host doubts any damage being caused to the property etc.). Refusal to allow inspection will be considered a breach of contract and grounds for immediate termination.

5. Upon lease termination, the tenant must vacate the property and deregister any address records immediately.

6. Cleaning before leaving the flat is mandatory. Excessive cleaning or repairs beyond normal use will be charged to the tenant.

By booking this property, the tenant agrees to these terms in addition to Flatio’s standard agreement.
