- Absolutely no indoor smokers (neither smoking in the window)

- Long term renters strongly preferred over short term

Close to the apartment there is a nice café, shops, pubs, restaurants. You can go through garden to a nice calm Nedvedovo square. A few minutes walking there is a great swimming pool, a bicycle path along the river Vltava or Vysehrad (one of the oldest places in Prague with beautiful views). One stop by tram or walking along the river there are farmer markets Naplavka on Saturdays or in the other direction there is the Zlute lazne (events, concerts, sports and swimming).

The bus station is a few metres from the house, the tram station Podolska vodarna is 5 minutes walking. It is only 10 minutes by tram to the Old Town. The metro station Prazskeho povstani (metro C) is two stations by bus or 15 minutes walking. The metro station Karlovo namesti (metro B) is 5 minutes by tram. The bus goes to Budejovicka or Pankrac (bussiness centres and shopping centres). To the congress centre it is 10 minutes walking.

There is a dishwascher, big fridge and freezer, induction stove, electric oven in the kitchen, storage space in the bathroom. It can be arranged to leave also beds with matresses and a table with chairs.

The 33 m2 apartment is located in ground foor. A room for drying clothes is available in the house. A viewing of the place is possible from 16th December.
