A large fully equipped 1+1 situated in the first floor, quiet street in Brno-Žabovřesky. Windows of both the room and the kitchen are situated into the garden - in summer the garden can be used for drying clothes. Public transport stops (2 tram lines, 2 trolleybus lines and 2 night bus lines) approx. 100-200 m from the house - reaching the centre of the city with using public transport is very quick, it is only about 7 minuts to Česká and aprox. 15 minuts to the main railway station (with night buses it is only about 10 minuts). Supermarkets, other shops, hairdressers, restaurants, banks, the cinema, the policlinic and the post office are very near (maximum 10 minuts by walk). The Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Public Engineering, the Faculty of Natural Science, the Faculty of Informatics and the University of Defence are about 10 or 15 minuts by walk, there are also the University of the Veterinary Medicine and the Faculty of Arts quit near (about 25 minuts by walk).

There are several parks and sport grounds in the surrounding area too, even two aquaparks can be reached very simply and even by walk - "Dobrák" and "Kraví Hora". The observatory and the botanical garden are approx. 20 minuts by walk, there is also a direct (and very quick) tram connection to the zoo park and "the Brno lake".

The apartment has a relatively large square hall from which there is a separate access to each room including the kitchen, bathroom and toilet (the toilet is separate, not a part of the bathroom). The room is equiped with a bed, a wardrobe, many shelves for clothes, a working desk with a chair and a smaler table with two armchairs. There is an internet modem in the room. The kitchen has a fridge, a gas stove with oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and all kitchen equipment (pots, saucepans, pans, graters, colanders, cutting boards, plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, knives, wooden spoons etc.). In the bathroom, there is a quite large sink, a bathtub, an automatic washing machine and a basket for dirty laundry, there is also a combined gas boiler (intended both for heating the apartment and for heating hot water in the bathroom - there is an electric flow heater in the kitchen), a portable thermostat includes to the boiler - therefore it is possible to regulate the temperature in the flat according to your own taste. A clothes dryer and an ironing board with an iron are also available for use.

The accomodation is very suitable especially for a studying single person or a couple (master or PhD. degree) or for a fresh postdoc.

The second room in the flat is locked and the owner comes there once a month mainly for a week-end - to visit her parents. They stay at the same house and in case of need (for example keys locked in the flat) it is possible to ask them for help.

There is no space for bringing your own furniture, only the bed may be replaced with your own if you wish.

The possibility of pets is a matter of discussion.
