This is a quiet attic apartment in a historic building practically on Masaryk square after reconstruction.

It is suitable for two people.

The entrance to the apartment, which is on the 3rd ground floor, is from the main staircase, the apartment has a courtyard gallery (another 8 m2). The living rooms are oriented east and west to the courtyard.

Floors - living room and bedroom - wooden floor, bathroom vinyl. Velux skylights are fitted with shading or blackout blinds.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, hood, dishwasher, new fridge with freezer.

The heating of the apartment and water heating is electric, the contract for the collection point is transferred to the tenant. In 2022, the consumption was approx. 8.2 MWh per year - in today's prices, the estimated advance payment is approx. CZK 4,500 per month. Water and other fees are paid in advance.

Possibility to use the Internet connection (Skvely.net Slaný) and a common TV antenna.

There is a common garden and a bicycle shed.

Registering for permanent residence is also desirable in view of the city's waste policy.

When signing, we require 1x rent (paid in advance) + 2x refundable deposit in the amount of the rent.

Due to the wooden floors and the heritage protection of the house, we prefer a tenant without animals, who respects other people's or shared property, with a positive attitude towards cleaning tools and who is willing to follow the contractual documents

We offer a long-term rental relationship in a maintained and managed property.
