I offer the rental of an apartment on the third floor of a brick house. The apartment underwent reconstruction to a higher standard using natural materials in 2023.

You enter the apartment, heated by underfloor heating, through security doors into a foyer with mosaic tiles that lead to the living area with wooden flooring. Here, you will find a custom-designed kitchen with Electrolux appliances, a dishwasher, induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, and a ceramic sink. A built-in refrigerator separates the kitchen from the TV wall with storage spaces.

The bathroom is accessed through a dressing room equipped with a huge wardrobe with sliding doors.

In the spacious bathroom, there is a shower, sink with a mirrored cabinet, toilet, heated towel rack, and provision for a washing machine.

Hot water and heating are provided by a combined electric boiler with a hot water tank. The rent includes internet and the opportunity to use a maintained garden with a pergola, clotheslines, and seating. Parking in the inner courtyard behind the house is available for a fee.

The apartment is ideal for individuals or a couple. By agreement, the apartment can be furnished with furniture and a washing machine. Move-in is possible from February 1st.

Approximate monthly costs for 2 people:

- Rent: 14,000 CZK

- Electricity: ~3,000 CZK

- Water: ~600 CZK

- Municipal waste: ~100 CZK

- Cleaning and maintenance of common areas: 100 CZK

Approximately 17,800 CZK per month + a refundable deposit of 28,000 CZK.

Note: Electricity is transferred to the tenant. Water, common areas, and waste are covered by advance payments, with an annual settlement based on actual consumption. All areas, including the garden, are non-smoking.
