Walking distance to náměstí Míru and Wenceslas square. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a built-in fridge and dishwasher, as well as a dining table and a TV. This room is very spacious, with windows facing east and decorative elements on the ceiling. From the bedroom with a home office corner there is access to a balcony facing the green in the courtyard. In the bedroom with a double bed is also a large built-in wardrobe, providing plenty of storage space. The bedroom has access to the bathroom with a shower corner from Huppe and the Grohe sanitarium. In the bathroom there is a gas boiler, covered by bathroom furniture. The apartment has new massive oak parquet treated with oil, radiators from the Swiss company Zehnder and high ceilings. The apartment has an alarm and Vodafone internet and cable TV. The interior of the house has undergone a recent reconstruction and the house also has a new lift. The apartment includes a spacious and clean cellar where you can easily place a bicycle or pram. I prefer long-term rent and decent tenants, no pets. Communication in English is not a problem.
