Small (36m) but bright, clean and excellently located flat in Prague 1 (Zlatnicka) on offer to rent. It is a 3-minute walk from Namesti Republiky metro (line B) and and a 10 minute walk from Florence (line A). Tram stops for numbers 3,5,6,14,24, and 26 are also just a couple of minutes walk away. It's only a 10- minute walk to the Old Town Square and two minutes away from the Palladium shopping centre.

The flat has large windows with a nice, though partially restricted, view from the living room and a view of St Vitus Cathedral from the bedroom (if you stand on tip-toes). It's on the fifth floor (there is a lift) and it isn't situated on the street side and therefore you can't hear any traffic. The flat is very secure (2 security doors on the 5th floor). We lived here very comfortably as a couple.

The bedroom has parquet flooring and the living room has floor tiles. It is unfurnished - though it does include a fridge and a gas cooker. If you are interested we may be willing to sell furniture items you can see in the photos (they are all less than six months old).

I am genuinely very sad to be moving out of this flat - it is only because we are buying another one that we are leaving. There is also no agent involved and thus no commission. The landlord is decent (though he doesn't speak English).
