I am offering for rent a 3 + 1 room apartment with bathroom and separate toilet on the third (last) floor of a cooperative brick house in a quiet area of city Neratovice. The house is completely renovated, but not equipped with an elevator.

The apartment was also renovated (water, electricity), on the floor there are tiles in the hallway, linoleum in the kitchen and parquet in the rooms. The windows of the children's room and bedroom are oriented to the west and equipped with outside window blinds. The remaining rooms (kitchen and living room) have windows to the east. The apartment has a cable TV and internet connection (without current contract).

The kitchen is fully equipped (cupboards, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven, refrigerator, washing machine) and leads to a pantry and a small balcony (2.5 m2) viewing to an open courtyard with greenery. The bathroom with bath and washbasin is adjacent to a separate toilet. Rooms with sizes of 20, 18 and 14 m2 are partially equipped. Attention, the photos of the rooms are with the furniture of the previous tenants (it will be moved away). The flat is rented with a cellar (3 m2).

Within five-minute walk there is a bus stop, shops, school, kindergartens, playgrounds, a polyclinic as well as the town hall and the city center. The train stop in the direction of Prague, the swimming pool and the hospital are about a 10-minute walk away. Parking possible in the adjacent parkings.

Fees are calculated for three people and include deposit for electricity, hot and cold water, gas, heat, lighting and cleaning of common areas. The tenant must arrange an internet connection, cable TV or other services on his own.
