We are renting a renovated 1+kk apartment with an area of 25 m2 in Strašnice, a 5-minute walk from the A Strašnická metro station. The apartment consists of a hallway, a bathroom with a toilet, a kitchenette in a niche and a main room. Fast internet from Vodafone is installed in the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. That's why we're looking for someone who doesn't have their own furniture. Specifically, we are looking for a woman who is careful, tidy, ideally a non-smoker and without animals, as the apartment is not suitable for animals. Furthermore, we do not want the tenant to carry out any significant interventions in the apartment (drilling, painting, etc.). We are looking for a long-term tenant, ideally for at least 5 years. During that time, we can also guarantee the same amount of rent.

A deposit in the amount of 2 months' rent (without fees) is payable on the date of signing the contract. The fee deposit includes cold and hot water, heating, electricity, waste disposal, cleaning of common areas and internet. Billing of fees takes place once per quarter according to reality. The apartment is available for immediate occupancy.
