Are you looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay abroad? Look no further! I am excited to offer you a cosy room in our apartment starting in January, and I am available until May/June (basically the summer semester). The apartment is next to a park and has 3 separate bedrooms. All are available for the upcoming semester.

The apartment is located near the Palmovka subway station. Our apartment offers a welcoming atmosphere and all the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable. Here's what you can expect:

Fully Furnished Room: Your room comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, study desk, chair, wardrobe, and other essentials, providing a space to relax and study.

Shared Spaces: Obviously, you'll have access to shared spaces such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, all equipped with everything you need for daily living.

High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with friends and family back home or keep up with your studies with our high-speed internet connection.

Convenient Location: Our apartment is conveniently located near public transportation, shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy for you to explore the city and immerse yourself in the culture. The city centre is reachable within 15 minutes.

Utilities Included: Your rent includes all utilities, so you won't have to worry about additional bills or expenses.

The rent for the room is 14000 per month.
