The flat is located near metro station Jinonice, 4-5 minutes of walk. Parking on the street is without problem. You can get to the airport in 20 minutes by car, to D1 in 20 minutes. To the city centre it takes 15 minutes.

The apartment is located in panel house on the 2nd floor out of 4. The house has no lift. The apartment has a living room with kitchen corner, 1 bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is furnished. In the living room you can find sofa, cabinet and shelves, dining table and chairs. In the kitchen there is electric cooking hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. In the bedroom there are two beds and dresser. There is big wardrobe in corridor, in the bathroom there is a shower (no bath). In the basement there is little storage place available.

The apartment is suitable for 1-2 persons. NO-smokers. Long-term rental (annual contract with possibility of extension). Monthly rent 14 000 CZK + 1 500 CZK fees (1 person) or 2 500 CZK (2 persons).
