Flat is partially furnished - bathroom with a washing machine, kitchen (no fridge), inbuilt wardrobe in the hallway, lightning. There is a lift to the 3rd floor. Storage is located on the -1 floor of the house. The flat was partially reconstructed about 5 years ago with new plastic windows with shading and a gas boiler. Monthly rent is (as stated above) 11.000,-Kč plus energy charges (currently 2.500,-Kč calculated per 1 person). Should 2 persons are going to rent, the energy charges increase.
