I have available a sunny room in Malvazinky area of Prague 5.

There is very good (10 min walk) connection to Radlická metro station with a fast connection to city center by a metro or trams. Secondly, there is another bus station 3 minutes away from the flat. There is also possibility to walk to Anděl, which might take a half an hour.

The flat has a shared garden, lockable basement with bike (that can be used by tenant) and possibility to park a car.

The area around the house is full of green and very close is also the Prokop Valley with forests, rocks, creek and summer restaurants.

The room and flat is in state of a new one, fully furnished and equipped by washing machine a dryer. Kitchen is also fully equipped.

The offer is suitable for somebody who would like to live close to city-center of Prague, but likes a bit more housing, quiet districts.

Workers in IT sector, foreigners and students are preferred .

Minimal rental period is half year and preferred will be longer term.
